Pasting From Microsoft Word
It is important to use the option ‘Paste From Word’ with the clipboard and W icon.

The reason is that when you copy in Word, a lot of additional code is added to the copy which, if pasted directly, will cause your page to have irregular content. This may break your page and/or cause issues with SEO.
